These terms cover dresspec, the outfit recommendation app. How we handle your data is in the privacy policy.
Buying the full Human Design report on Two Designs' website (fortune.coyotech.app) is governed by the Two Designs terms of service and privacy policy, not by these terms.
Operator and contact
dresspec is operated by Leo Lin, an independent developer operating as Coyotech. Contact: support@coyotech.app.
Credits
- 1 credit generates one image with the Flash model. Pro-model images and full-body photos cost 2 credits.
- New users receive 3 gifted credits. Gifted credits are used first.
- Occasion pack credits never expire.
- Plus gives 20 credits each month. They reset monthly and do not roll over.
- Credits cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
- If you delete your account, all remaining credits, including occasion pack credits, are forfeited and cannot be refunded or transferred.
Subscription
Plus renews automatically. You can cancel at any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings, and you keep access until the end of the current period. Changing your plan, for example between monthly and annual, does not reset the monthly allowance or add credits; the allowance renews each month from the date your subscription began. A new monthly allowance starts only when a subscription begins again after it has lapsed. If a renewal payment fails and the store gives you a grace period, no new monthly allowance is granted during it; it is granted once the store confirms the payment. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription; cancel it in your store settings. When you delete your account we also ask RevenueCat, our purchase processor, to delete your purchase records; if that request fails, we delete them manually.
Payments and refunds
Apple or Google processes payments and refunds. If an occasion pack is refunded, its remaining credits are forfeited.
Digital content notice
This is digital content not supplied on a tangible medium and is provided immediately after purchase. With your prior consent, the 7-day cancellation right under Article 19 of Taiwan's Consumer Protection Act does not apply (Article 2, Regulations Governing Reasonable Exceptions to the Right of Rescission in Distance Sales).
AI output
Outfit recommendations and generated images are produced by AI and are for reference only. They may be inaccurate or differ from the real garments, and you decide what to wear or buy.
Changes and termination
We may change the service. If we end the service, we will announce it at least 30 days in advance. How unused paid credits are handled at that point will be announced separately.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

點數
- 1 點可生成 1 張 Flash 模型的圖片；Pro 模型的圖片與全身照每張 2 點。
- 新用戶贈送 3 點，使用時先扣贈送點數。
- 場合包點數永不過期。
- Plus 每月 20 點，每月重置，未用完不累積。
- 點數不可轉讓，也不可兌換現金。
- 刪除帳號時，剩下的點數（包含場合包點數）一併作廢，無法退款或轉移。
訂閱
Plus 會自動續訂。你可以隨時在 App Store 或 Google Play 的訂閱設定取消，取消後可使用到當期結束。變更方案（例如月訂與年訂互轉）不會重設每月額度，也不會增加點數；額度依你原訂閱開始日每月重置。只有在訂閱中斷後重新開始訂閱時，才會開始新的每月額度。若續訂扣款失敗而商店給予寬限期，寬限期內不會發放新的每月額度；待商店確認付款後才會發放。刪除帳號不會取消訂閱，請到商店設定自行取消。刪除帳號時，我們也會請處理購買的 RevenueCat 刪除你的購買紀錄；若該請求失敗，我們會手動刪除。
付款與退款
付款與退款由 Apple 或 Google 處理。場合包退款後，其剩下的點數作廢。
數位內容告知
本商品為非以有形媒介提供之數位內容，購買後立即提供。依《通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則》第 2 條，經你事先同意後，不適用《消費者保護法》第 19 條的七日解除權。
AI 生成結果
穿搭建議與生成的圖片由 AI 產生，僅供參考。內容可能不準確，或與實際衣物不同，穿什麼、買什麼由你自行決定。
服務調整與終止
我們可能調整服務內容。若終止服務，會至少提前 30 天公告；屆時未使用的付費點數如何處理，將另行公告。
責任限制
在法律允許的範圍內，服務依現狀提供，我們對你任何請求的賠償責任，以你在請求前 12 個月內為本服務付給我們的金額為上限，且不負擔間接或衍生的損失。法律上不得限制的責任，不受本條影響。
準據法
本條款以中華民國法律為準據法。
